EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2024
NOMINAL AND SERVICE FEE INCREASE
Neighborhood Medical Center (NMC) will continue to offer discounted services to patients who are low income, uninsured or underinsured. The sliding scale fee applies to medical and dental appointments. The payment levels are based upon your household size and family income before taxes are taken out (i.e., gross income).
Neighborhood Medical Center will be incorporating a flat fee of $15 for in-house labs drawn for uninsured patients. Additionally, there will be a standard sliding scale for Obstetrics Care and Delivery.
** Please note for Dental patients who fall under Slide B, Slide C, Slide D, and Slide E the full payment (the amount will include the service fee and discounts) is due at the time of your appointment. This does not apply to the fees associated with dental prosthetics, x-ray, nor ultrasounds.
