Adult patients with or without insurance can call Neighborhood Medical Center their home for healthcare. We provide check-ups, preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, medication therapy, and follow-up care.

Healthy mind and healthy body go hand in hand. At your home for healthcare, we offer diagnosis, treatment, counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management to help you feel your best.

Chronic Disease Care

NMC offers ongoing care for patients with diabetes, cholesterol and lipid problems, hypertension, and HIV/AIDS. Good medical management of chronic diseases helps prevent additional complications.

Dental care is as important as healthcare for the rest of your body. These services are for children and adults at select locations, and can be scheduled the same way as you would make a doctor’s appointment.

NMC is a Health Center Program Grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and a deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233 (g)-(n).
