Primary Care

Adult patients with or without insurance can call Neighborhood Medical Center their home for healthcare. We provide check-ups, preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, medication therapy, and follow-up care.

Mental Health

Healthy mind and healthy body go hand in hand. At your home for healthcare, we offer diagnosis, treatment, counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management to help you feel your best.

Chronic Disease Care

NMC offers ongoing care for patients with diabetes, cholesterol and lipid problems, hypertension, and HIV/AIDS. Good medical management of chronic diseases helps prevent additional complications.

Dental Care

Dental care is as important as healthcare for the rest of your body. These services are for children and adults at select locations, and can be scheduled the same way as you would make a doctor’s appointment.

Neighborhood Medical Center is dedicated to provide and facilitate access to healthcare and enhance the health of individuals through education, prevention, and outreach.
We serve our patients with respect and compassion.
