Time Saver Gas Station Thursday April 19, 2018:
Neighborhood Medical Center and the Leon County Health Department will be providing Health Education, HIV and Syphilis testing, blood pressure and blood sugar checks for the low income residents of Leon County. The event will take at the Time Saver Gas Station in French Town. NMC will inform the community of risky sexual behaviors, STD’s, how to protect them from contracting STD’s, how to use a condom, importation information about blood pressure /blood sugars and where they can receive health care as well as treatment. This presentation will help test a group of homeless, low income, commercial sex workers and community members who would normally not get tested.
